Fiberglass polyethylene arms support the electrical, yellow-coated streamers that hang down, giving a harmless shock when the animal touches them. Arms break away if animal becomes caught on equipment. Green color on fence arm is safe to touch. Flexible polyethylene arms break away if they should become caught on equipment. Insulators included on gate; 4 nails install each side.
